was a small, rocky island located in the Bay of Belfalas.

According to the The Atlas of Middle-earth, it was located between the land of Belfalas and Southern Gondor, about twenty-five miles from the Mouths of Anduin.[1]

After the Fall of Númenor and the tumults that followed the Change of the World, the isle of Tolfalas was nearly destroyed leaving behind a barren rocky mountain-like island set in the Bay of Belfalas.[2] It is unknown whether anyone lived there or not or if it was used as a harbor for Gondor's ships.

Tolfalas was a Sindarin word that meant 'coastal island'.[3]
