The flag portrayed as the flag of gondor is incorrect, that is the flag of Aragorn. Gondor's flag is the white tree surmounted by 7 stars and a crown, and this flag is the white tree surmounted by 6 stars and a winged crown. Also the tengwar characters underneath don't have anything to do with Gondor. I can't make out the diacritics but the consonants are LSSR. I'm willing to bet my internal organs that it's Elessar, and that's not Gondor's flag, it's the banner of Aragorn. --anon
