The One Wiki to Rule Them All is a website with the purpose of encompassing information relating to the works of John Ronald Reuel Tolkien, to literature concerning him and his legendarium, and to the adaptations of his works across all media.

This site uses the same MediaWiki software as is used on Wikipedia. If you have used that, you can start right in and improve articles or start or join discussions. If unsure, see the editing tutorial.

If you are logged in, please put something about yourself on your User page. It is also good for collecting your favourite links and a list of the best articles you have helped with.

Created articles that explicitly do not pertain to anything that this wiki already concerns, and/or are vandalism, will be deleted within the day, and the creator's account will be fully blocked for a year.

Content

The One Wiki to Rule Them All may have articles on any Middle-earth place, named object, character, battle, year, or any other plot detail (if it can be considered too trivial for Wikipedia, and is insightful of Lord of the Rings issues in more depth). Plus, this website can have articles labeled with the actual name, without the creator having to qualify it, for instance having an article Bree instead of Wikipedia's Bree (Middle-earth).
