Lorgan was the chief of the Easterlings in Hithlum after the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, with claims on Dor-Lómin as well.

Lorgan was a cruel slavemaster holding many Men and perhaps Elves in thralldom. After forcibly taking Tuor away from his Elf protectors, Lorgan enslaved him for three years, until he managed to escape out of the north. Afterwards, Lorgan put a price on his head.[1]
