Kiran Shah (born September 28, 1956. Nairobi, Kenya) is a Kenyan dwarf-actor who played the Goblin Scribe in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and was Elijah Wood 's small-scale double in all of the Lord of the Rings films.
