Jamie Beswarick is a member of Weta Workshop who sculpted numerous designs for characters and creatures in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, and was a workshop technician for the making of the The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey in 2011.
He had a large role in producing the final appearances of Gollum (with Bay Raitt) and the Cave-troll in Balin's tomb.
In December 2017, he completed a detailed miniature of Gollum as part of Weta Workshop's Master Collection; priced initially at $1,799.[1]
Beswarick resides in Wellington, New Zealand, where he does his own creature design, independently of cinema.
