Flói, Frár, Óin, Ori, Lóni, and Náli were the dwarves who entered Moria with Balin.

He was killed along with Balin and all the others when the orcs of Moria discovered their colony there and destroyed it.

Nothing much more is known about him except that he was of Durin's Folk, giving Balin, himself, and the others a legitimate claim to the ancient kingdom.
