 Frodo Baggins[]

Frodo Baggins was given the Light of Eärendil - A small crystal bottle or phial of liquid containing the light of Eärendil's star in the water of Galadriel's fountain. The phial emitted a brilliant light in darkness, so intense that dark creatures fear it.

Samwise Gamgee[]

Samwise was given earth from Galadriel's garden, and a Mallorn seed - These were contained in a small box of grey wood with a silver G-rune on the lid. He used it to replant trees in the Shire after the Scouring of the Shire. Sam also receives elven-rope made of Hithlain. This rope is much stronger than other rope, and would allow itself to be retrieved from its anchorage with a small tug, due to the Elvish skill at rope-making.

Meriadoc Brandybuck and Peregrin Took[]

Both Merry and Pippin received a silver belt with a gold, flower-shaped clasp.

Aragorn[]

Aragorn was given a magical Elven scabbard and the Elessar, a green gem set in a silver eagle shaped brooch, left for him by Arwen and after which he later is named.

Legolas[]

Legolas was given bow of the Galadhrim with arrows, crafted deep in Lothlórien and strung with elf-hair.

Gimli[]

Gimli was given three strands of Galadriel's hair - overwhelmed by Galadriel's great beauty, Gimli could think of nothing else he wanted but a single strand of her hair. She gave him three.

Boromir[]

Boromir was given a solid gold belt crafted in Lórien, shaped like linked golden leaves.

For all the surviving Fellowship of the Ring - Elven cloaks personally woven by Galadriel and her maidens that helped shield their wearers from unfriendly eyes. Their brooches were in the form of a green leaf veined with silver.

Dagger given to Merry (and Pippin)

In Peter Jackson's adaptation of The Fellowship of the Ring, the gifts differ somewhat: Sam receives only a length of Elven rope, Merry and Pippin receive Ñoldorin daggers, Aragorn receives only an Elven knife and not the Elfstone or a scabbard, and Boromir is given no gift.
