The Cargûl were wraiths of Angmar created by the Morgul-blades of the Nazgûl. Dressed in crimson robes and carrying long swords, these creatures patrol Carn Dûm, and also appear at Angmarim.
The Cargûl were created for and are only in The Lord of the Rings Online.
Etymology[]
Cargûl is Sindarin for 'red sorcery'.
