Fastred of Greenholm was a Hobbit of the Shire.
Biography
Fastred was born in Greenholm at an unknown date. In FO 31 (SR 1452), he married Elanor Gamgee; their son Elfstan Fairbairn was born three years later. He also had a daughter, Fíriel. In FO 35 (SR 1456), Fastred was made first Warden of Westmarch, and his family moved to Undertowers permanently.[1]
