Aredhel, Eöl and Maeglin all together
- Aredhel, the White Lady and her son, Maeglin of the Ñoldor return to Gondolin and are followed by Eöl who is given the choice to remain in the city or be killed.
- Aredhel dies in Gondolin from a poison javelin wound inflicted upon her by Eöl, who intended to kill his disobedient son Maeglin for remaining in the Hidden City against his will.
- Death of Eöl the Dark Elf, in Gondolin. He was sentenced to death (throwned from the city walls) for killing his wife.
- The birth of Ulfang the Easterling.
