The Dol Guldur Mouth was an unidentified man who served as one of Sauron's most trusted servants.


One of the Black Númenóreans he was an unnamed man who served as the messenger of the Necromancer. He rode throughout Rhovanion, delivering messages from the dark tower in Mirkwood. He had become a master of sorcery in his long years as the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur. He is later to become known as the Mouth of Sauron who talks to Aragorn at the Black Gate.


This character is non-canonical and only exists in the Dol Guldur (book) published in 1995 as a supplement of the Middle-earth Role Playing series.
