Bruce Spence played the role of Mouth of Sauron in the Lord of the Rings movies. He appeared only in the Extended Edition of The Return of the King.

Spence was born in 1945 in Auckland, New Zealand. He is known for his appearances as Zeddicus Zu'l Zorander (Zedd) in the television series Legend of the Seeker, Tion Medon in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and the voice of Chum in Finding Nemo.Another of Bruce's main roles in a movie is his representation of Baxter in Inspector Gadget 2. He has appeared in many other films and television series as well. Spence is slated to portray Lord Rhoop in The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader, which will be released in December 2010.
