Bilbo Gamgee, born in SR 1436, was the tenth child and fifth son of Samwise Gamgee and his wife Rosie (née Cotton) Gamgee.

HistoryEdit

He was named after his father's former tutor and master, Bilbo Baggins, who was a Ringbearer. He had never met his namesake because the original Bilbo had sailed to the Undying Lands fifteen years previous to his birth.

Frodo hadn't prophesized Bilbo to Sam.
