Aros River is a river that ran through the Beleriand in Middle-earth.

The Aros River is a northern tributary of Sirion. The Aros River runs on Beleriand and it rises in the northern lands around Himring. Then it meets Siron at Aelin-uial. The Aros River formed the southern border of the Kingdom of Doriath.

Aros is actually the original name of Aarhus, which is the second largest city in Denmark.
