Aranuir (TA 2084 - TA 2247)[1] is the third of the Chieftains of the Dúnedain, the son of Arahael and great-grandson of Arvedui Last-King. He was the direct ancestor of Aragorn Elessar through thirteen generations.
Aranuir died in TA 2247[1] and was followed by his son Aravir.
